Dr. Hope graduated from LCC in Marietta, GA, in 1986 with a vision to have one of the first clinics in Palm Beach County where Medical Doctors, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors work together to collaborate on patient health care. Dr. Hope’s dream came true, and shortly after graduating, Hope Health & Wellness was born and became the first multidisciplinary practice in Palm Beach. Now with three offices throughout Palm Beach and Martin County, Dr. Hope and his team of physicians have helped tens of thousands of patients with their health care needs. Hope Health & Wellness treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are not just a pain clinic… We are a Wellness Facility!

At Hope Health & Wellness, we believe that all healthcare disciplines should work together caring for the healthcare needs of patients. Car Accident Injuries
After an accident, your treatment should consist of Chiropractic care, Physical Therapy and possibly Medical care in the event you need medication to help with your pain. Our goal is to treat the entire body using structural realignment, physical therapy and strengthening exercises and medication if necessary to control muscle spasms and inflammation.
Physical Therapy
At Hope Health & Wellness we specialize in “functional rehabilitation”. We don’t believe in using machines for rehab. If you walk into a Physical Therapy Clinic and see a lot of machines, walk out and join a gym. Machines are not what you need. We emphasize on getting you back to functional health then teach you how to prevent injuries in the future.
Medical Care
We offer a primary care family medical clinic inside of our West Palm Beach location so you can get the proper medical treatment you need without leaving Hope Health & Wellness. Our medical clinic provides a variety of services from PRP therapy for hair loss and joint pain, annual physicals, wellness visits, urgent care treatment, and more for pediatric to geriatric patients.
