Dr. Andrew P. Hope is a Florida-licensed Chiropractic Physician and the founder and clinical director of Hope Health & Wellness. Since establishing the practice in 1987, he has focused on the evaluation, diagnosis, and conservative management of spine, joint, sports, and accident-related injuries. His clinical work includes patients with disc injuries, ligamentous trauma, spinal biomechanical dysfunction, extremity conditions, and neurological complaints associated with concussion and traumatic brain injury. Dr. Hope emphasizes a diagnosis-first approach, using the patient's history, physical examination, imaging, and functional findings to determine the safest and most appropriate course of care.

Dr. Pedro A. Sanchez

Dr. Sanchez is a board-certified family medicine physician. Sanchez received a bachelor’s of science in biology in 1983 at Florida International University. In 1989, Sanchez received a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at Wellington Regional Medical Center from 1989-1990. He was introduced to the medical field at the age of 18 and has been practicing medicine since 1989.

His philosophy is to always be a patient advocate, putting the patients’ needs above all.

Alen Feurich, RPT, graduated from the Physical Therapy Academy of Amsterdam in June of 1992. After working in the Netherlands, he decided to advance his career in the US and moved to Florida in 1994. Feurich worked in several settings as a Registered Physical Therapist, including Acute Care, Wound and Burns Centers, Outpatient Rehab, and as a Rehab Manager in Long Term Care.

Feurich started with Hope Health and Wellness in March of 2003 and has been working with Dr. Hope for the past 15 years overseeing the Physical Therapy Department.

Kamelie Sweeney – Allen

Nurse Practioner

Kamelie Sweeney-Allen is a highly dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Hope Health and Wellness. Kamelie has an extensive medical background as an critical care nurse for over 14 years and a public health nurse for 11 year prior to holding a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).

Throughout her career, Kamelie has demonstrated exceptional clinical skills working in the intensive care unit (ICU) at JFK Medical Center and Broward Health, and Florida Department of Health Palm Beach County in the Communicable Disease Division. She believes in a patient-centered approach, emphasizing education, prevention, and holistic care to promote overall well-being.

Kamelie is a also a member of Florida Nurses Association and Black Nurse Practitioners of Palm Beach County where she collaborates with fellow healthcare professionals to improve patient care standards. When she is not providing exceptional care, Kamelie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, which helps her maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.

Raised in a chiropractic family, a passion for holistic healthcare began at an early age and ultimately led to graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic in June of 2024. Originally from Puerto Rico and fluent in both Spanish and English, this background brings a multicultural and bilingual perspective to patient care.

Prior to professional training in chiropractic, a Bachelor of Science in Biology was completed at the Universidad de Puerto Rico (Recinto de Río Piedras), along with a minor in Chinese Mandarin — resulting in trilingual proficiency.

During chiropractic studies, additional training and certification were completed in acupuncture by the National University of Health Sciences, as well as a diplomate in biomagnetism under a renowned School of biomagnetism in Mexico.

Extensive homeschooling prior to university provided a broad range of experiences and nurtured a lifelong love of learning, creating a deep motivation to continually expand knowledge in order to better serve patients.

Juliana Escamilla has been a licensed massage therapist since 2011. She specializes in helping individuals find relief from head, neck, and shoulder tension, as well as supporting injury recovery. With a passion for creating a warm and relaxing environment, Juliana helps clients achieve deep relaxation for maximum healing. She values the mind-body connection as an essential part of whole-body recovery and is dedicated to guiding her clients on their journey to wellness.

Aside from his love of faith, family and the Chicago Bears, there is nothing Marcus is more passionate about and enjoys than helping people. As a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning for Rehabilitation Coach, he takes pride in using his training to assist people in implementing tailored strength and mobility protocols and functional health techniques in wellness to improve his clients quality of life.

Marcus enjoys getting to know the patients, cultivating a fun and enthusiastic environment but most of all superseding the clients expectations as they successfully complete their rehabilitation
