Dr. Andrew Hope
President & Founder
Dr. Hope graduated from LCC in Marietta, GA, in 1986 with a vision to have one of the first clinics in Palm Beach County where Medical Doctors, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors work together to collaborate on patient health care. Dr. Hope’s dream came true, and shortly after graduating, Hope Health & Wellness was born and became the first multidisciplinary practice in Palm Beach. Now with three offices throughout Palm Beach and Martin County, Dr. Hope and his team of physicians have helped tens of thousands of patients with their health care needs. Hope Health & Wellness treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are not just a pain clinic, we are a wellness facility!
Dr. Pedro A. Sanchez
Medical Director
Dr. Sanchez is a board-certified family medicine physician. Sanchez received a bachelor’s of science in biology in 1983 at Florida International University. In 1989, Sanchez received a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at Wellington Regional Medical Center from 1989-1990. He was introduced to the medical field at the age of 18 and has been practicing medicine since 1989.
His philosophy is to always be a patient advocate, putting the patients’ needs above all.
Alen Feurich
Physical Therapist
Alen Feurich, RPT, graduated from the Physical Therapy Academy of Amsterdam in June of 1992. After working in the Netherlands, he decided to advance his career in the US and moved to Florida in 1994. Feurich worked in several settings as a Registered Physical Therapist, including Acute Care, Wound and Burns Centers, Outpatient Rehab, and as a Rehab Manager in Long Term Care.
Feurich started with Hope Health and Wellness in March of 2003 and has been working with Dr. Hope for the past 15 years overseeing the Physical Therapy Department.

Kamelie Sweeney – Allen
Nurse Practioner
Kamelie Sweeney-Allen is a highly dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Hope Health and Wellness. Kamelie has an extensive medical background as an critical care nurse for over 14 years and a public health nurse for 11 year prior to holding a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).
Throughout her career, Kamelie has demonstrated exceptional clinical skills working in the intensive care unit (ICU) at JFK Medical Center and Broward Health, and Florida Department of Health Palm Beach County in the Communicable Disease Division. She believes in a patient-centered approach, emphasizing education, prevention, and holistic care to promote overall well-being.
Kamelie is a also a member of Florida Nurses Association and Black Nurse Practitioners of Palm Beach County where she collaborates with fellow healthcare professionals to improve patient care standards. When she is not providing exceptional care, Kamelie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, which helps her maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.
Melnixa Ruiz Viera
Chiropractic Physician
Raised in a chiropractic family, a passion for holistic healthcare began at an early age and ultimately led to graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic in June of 2024. Originally from Puerto Rico and fluent in both Spanish and English, this background brings a multicultural and bilingual perspective to patient care.
Prior to professional training in chiropractic, a Bachelor of Science in Biology was completed at the Universidad de Puerto Rico (Recinto de Río Piedras), along with a minor in Chinese Mandarin — resulting in trilingual proficiency.
During chiropractic studies, additional training and certification were completed in acupuncture by the National University of Health Sciences, as well as a diplomate in biomagnetism under a renowned School of biomagnetism in Mexico.
Extensive homeschooling prior to university provided a broad range of experiences and nurtured a lifelong love of learning, creating a deep motivation to continually expand knowledge in order to better serve patients.
Adriane Cabrera
Chiropractic Physician
Adriane Cabrera graduated from Keiser University in West Palm Beach, Florida in August 2025 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. His passion for chiropractic care was inspired by his mother’s experience—after years of struggling with unresolved back pain, chiropractic treatment brought her lasting relief within just a few months.
Through his studies and externship at Hope Health & Wellness, Adriane has developed strong clinical skills in spinal adjustments and decompression, as well as proficiency with advanced therapeutic technologies including focused shockwave, class IV laser therapy, and PEMF. He is committed to a multi-disciplinary approach to care, believing that with the right combination of treatments, almost anyone can achieve lasting health and wellness.
Mari Ugalde
Physical Therapy Asssistance
Maria Ugalde is a Physical Therapist Assistant whose career is rooted in a lifelong passion for movement, healing, and human potential. With a background in personal training and massage therapy, Mari brings a unique, whole-body perspective to rehabilitation — blending strength, mobility, and recovery techniques to support each patient’s journey.
She has experience guiding individuals through post-surgical care, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, and functional training, always focusing on restoring both physical ability and personal confidence. Her approach is hands-on, motivational, and deeply compassionate, ensuring that patients feel supported not just in regaining function, but in reconnecting with themselves.
Driven by the belief that recovery is about more than the body, Mari’s work empowers people to overcome challenges, embrace resilience, and step into their fullest potential.
Manny Luna
Physical Therapy Asssistance
Manny is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and reach their personal goals—one step at a time (and always with a few laughs along the way). He believes rehab doesn’t have to be boring, and he strives to make every session both effective and enjoyable.
With a passion for restoring function and building confidence, Manny specializes in post-surgical care, orthopedic rehabilitation, and sports injury recovery. He works closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans that not only address their current needs but also help prevent future injuries. Known for his upbeat attitude and hands-on approach, Manny combines clinical expertise with genuine care to keep patients motivated throughout their recovery journey.
Marcus Stephens
Physical Therapy Asssistance
Aside from his love of faith, family and the Chicago Bears, there is nothing Marcus is more passionate about and enjoys than helping people. As a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning for Rehabilitation Coach, he takes pride in using his training to assist people in implementing tailored strength and mobility protocols and functional health techniques in wellness to improve his clients quality of life.
Marcus enjoys getting to know the patients, cultivating a fun and enthusiastic environment but most of all superseding the clients expectations as they successfully complete their rehabilitation
Juliana Escamilla
Massage Therapist / Body Worker
Juliana Escamilla has been a licensed massage therapist since 2011. She specializes in helping individuals find relief from head, neck, and shoulder tension, as well as supporting injury recovery. With a passion for creating a warm and relaxing environment, Juliana helps clients achieve deep relaxation for maximum healing. She values the mind-body connection as an essential part of whole-body recovery and is dedicated to guiding her clients on their journey to wellness.
