Dr. Hope graduated from LCC in Marietta, GA, in 1986 with a vision to have one of the first clinics in Palm Beach County where Medical Doctors, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors work together to collaborate on patient health care. Dr. Hope’s dream came true, and shortly after graduating, Hope Health & Wellness was born and became the first multidisciplinary practice in Palm Beach. Now with three offices throughout Palm Beach and Martin County, Dr. Hope and his team of physicians have helped tens of thousands of patients with their health care needs. Hope Health & Wellness treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are not just a pain clinic… We are a Wellness Facility!
Dr. Pedro A. Sanchez
Dr. Sanchez is a board-certified family medicine physician. Sanchez received a bachelor’s of science in biology in 1983 at Florida International University. In 1989, Sanchez received a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at Wellington Regional Medical Center from 1989-1990. He was introduced to the medical field at the age of 18 and has been practicing medicine since 1989.
His philosophy is to always be a patient advocate, putting the patients’ needs above all.
Board Certified Physicians Assistant
Trisha Brutus is a highly dedicated and compassionate Board-certified Physician Assistant at Hope Health and Wellness. Trisha has an extensive medical background as an Emergency Medical Technician for five years prior to becoming a Physician Assistant.
She was born in Miami, Florida, but both of her parents are Haitian, so she is fluent in English, Creole, and can comprehend French.
Trisha completed her bachelor’s at a dual program with Broward College and the University of Florida in Environmental Science. She completed her Physician Assistant Program and Master’s in Medical Science at Miami Dade Medical College and St. Francis University, where she graduated with honors.
When she’s not working, Trisha enjoys going to church, doing yoga and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Alen Feurich, RPT, graduated from the Physical Therapy Academy of Amsterdam in June of 1992. After working in the Netherlands, he decided to advance his career in the US and moved to Florida in 1994. Feurich worked in several settings as a Registered Physical Therapist, including Acute Care, Wound and Burns Centers, Outpatient Rehab, and as a Rehab Manager in Long Term Care.
Feurich started with Hope Health and Wellness in March of 2003 and has been working with Dr. Hope for the past 15 years overseeing the Physical Therapy Department.

Dr. Chairs is a compassionate chiropractor at Hope Health and Wellness and has always had the “Put The Patient First “attitude. While growing up in Birmingham, Alabama, his fascination grew more and more to become a chiropractor due to his interest in the musculoskeletal system of the body.
Dr. Chairs has volunteered at Good Samaritan Hospital in the surgery, trauma, and chiropractic department while studying for his doctoral degree in chiropractic.
Dr. Chairs received his associate of science degree at Lawson State(Birmingham) 2012 , Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in biomedical science (2016), and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Keiser University (2020).
