TENNIS ELBOW
Tennis elbow, also called lateral epicondylitis, is a condition characterized by pain and inflammation typically felt outside the elbow. Because of this pain, normal daily activities can become strenuous and challenging.
Tennis elbow occurs when you overwork the tendons that connect your forearm muscles to the outside of your elbow, causing them to get inflamed and injured. This inflammation usually happens when you engage in any activity that involves repetitive swinging, such as playing tennis—hence its name. Repetitive strain on your tendons can lead to tiny tears.
Traditional orthopedic treatments have focused on corticosteroid (cortisone) injections and surgery. Our experience taught us that most of these elbow sports injuries are treated successfully with our regenerative medicine protocol.
Medical Treatments

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
PRP harnesses healing platelets and growth factors from a patient's blood. When injected into specific areas, PRP stimulates tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and accelerates natural healing processes.
NeoGenX
A regenerative medicine treatment protocol combining PRP and MSCs to enhance the potential for tissue healing, reducing inflammation, and promoting the regeneration of damaged and injured tissue.
Physical Therapy Treatment
Cold Laser Therapy
Low-intensity laser therapyaiding in the repair of annular disc tears.
